All our plants are real and living, carefully sourced from trusted local growers and nurseries in Kenya.

Yes, most plants come potted. You can also choose from planter options like clay pots, fiber planters, and rattan planters—sizes and prices are listed on each product page.
Each plant is unique, so there may be slight variations in size, shape, and color. We ensure every plant meets our quality standards before delivery.
Delivery & Pickup
Currently we are doing Delivery in Nairobi alone.
- Nairobi & nearby areas: 1–2 working days
- Other regions: 2–5 working days
We pack every plant safely and securely in eco-friendly materials to prevent damage and ensure it arrives healthy.
Yes, you can request a preferred delivery date at checkout or contact our team after placing your order.
Payments
We accept M-Pesa, bank transfer, and credit/debit cards. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners.
Currently, cash on delivery is available for selected locations. Please check with our support team to confirm if your area qualifies.
Plant Care & Guarantees
If your plant arrives damaged, wilted, or unhealthy, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll replace it.
Each plant comes with a care card. You can also find plant care tips and troubleshooting guides on our website.
Orders & Returns
You can cancel or modify your order within 6 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn’t been shipped.
Because plants are perishable, we accept returns within 12 days from when the plant has been delivered. However, after 12 days we do not accept returns.

Yes, we offer bulk orders and custom packages for interior decor, gifting, and landscaping projects.
