• Delivery Area

  We currently deliver within Nairobi and its surrounding areas only. If you’re outside Nairobi, stay tuned — we’ll be expanding our delivery zones soon!

• Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Delivery: 1–2 working days after your order is confirmed.
  • Same-Day Delivery: Available for select items ordered before 12:00 PM (subject to availability).

  You’ll receive a confirmation once your order is out for delivery.

• Packaging & Handling

  Every order is carefully prepared to ensure your plant arrives healthy and intact.

  • Plants are packed in eco-friendly boxes with protective wrapping.
  • Pots and planters are secured to prevent damage.
  • Larger plants may be delivered by hand for extra care.

  If your plant arrives damaged or wilted, please contact us within 24 hours with photos so we can replace it or issue a store credit.

• Delivery Fees

  • Flat rate within Nairobi: From KSh 250 – KSh 500, depending on location and plant size.

• Delivery Scheduling

  Need your plant delivered on a specific day (e.g., a gift or office delivery)? You can schedule your delivery date at checkout or contact us directly after placing your order.
